🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

As Patriotası, we work to ensure that your orders reach you in the fastest and safest way. Our cargo processes are listed below.

1️⃣ Shipping Time

Your orders will be shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

This period may vary during the official holiday and campaign periods.

2️⃣ Cargo Company

Your orders are sent through our contracted cargo company.

Cargo company and tracking information will be sent to you by e-mail when your order is shipped.

3️⃣ Shipping Fee

For orders between 0 – 55 usd: 40 usd shipping fee

On orders over 55 usd: Free shipping

> Shipping fees may vary during campaign periods.

4️⃣ Delivery

The cargo is delivered to the address specified during the order.

If you are not at the address during delivery, the cargo company may keep the package waiting at the branch.

5️⃣ Damaged / Missing Delivery

Check your package when you receive it.

For damaged or missing products, you need to make a report to the cargo officer and report it to patirotasi.tr@gmail.com.

No responsibility is accepted for damaged deliveries without a report.

6️⃣ Delays Due To Cargo

Patirotası cannot be held responsible for delays caused by cargo companies; however, the process is followed up by us.
